What You Will Achieve
You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. In your role, you will administer training programs to support training effectiveness that will meet the organization's business needs. Your expertise will help in ensuring that the learning and development courseware is maintained and assigned to colleagues. You will apply your Learning Management System administration skills along with your knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), to facilitate the timely and effective management of learning-related data and ultimately contribute to the effectiveness of the team.
As part of the Operational Excellence team, you are recognized as a learning administration advisor and will provide this service to site learners, managers, and learning specialists due to your comprehensive knowledge and skills in this area and your understanding of the larger organization. You apply your knowledge and skills to ensure learning data is managed in accordance with GMP. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You provide support to the team that helps us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

How You Will Achieve It
Manage GMP-related training courseware and relevant materials.
Provide customer-focused, first-line LMS support for site LMS users.
Implement new and updated training courseware within the Learning Management System.
Complete administrative, auditing, and planning activities related to the development and deployment of learning activities.
Work together with the other Learning Administrators, Learning Specialists, and the central training group.
Monitor upcoming and overdue training of the teams.
