Flexible Location: NSW / VIC / QLD / ACTEmployment Type: Full-Time Perm / Hybrid / WFMAbout the Role: The Learning Administrator is responsible for providing professional and efficient support to the national portfolio of our Learning Team. This role focuses on coordinating, supporting, organising, and implementing all administrative functions for the teams, under the guidance of the Senior Learning Coordinator.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for a recent graduate or someone seeking professional development.
A day in the life of a Learning Administrator… Provide quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning data and attendance records.Organise bulk enrolments in the LMS.Generate training transcripts for employees.Maintain confidential records efficiently.Stay informed about current practices and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.Use key MS Office applications and Aruma data systems for administrative tasks, clerical duties, and general office procedures.Build effective relationships within the Learning Team to manage team demands and deadlines.Complete all administrative tasks associated with the position accurately and promptly, following Aruma Quality framework and standards.Undertake personal and professional development.Check, action, and report on First Aid inquiries via the mailbox.Check and action Hope and Healing inquiries via the mailbox.Skills and Experience which will make you stand out… Strong administrative skills for task coordination and efficiency.Highly organised, able to work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines.Excellent computer literacy, proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to learn new systems.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable communication style to meet diverse needs.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Compliance focused.Customer focused.Flexible, responsive, and adaptable to change.Nice to Haves / Desirable: Experience in a Learning & Development role.Previous experience in the disability sector.Experience using a Learning Management System.Benefits of working with Aruma!
