They are a positive role model, dedicated to leading and motivating the Learn to Swim team to build strong, engaging relationships with schools, students, and parents.Skills and Experience:Well-developed communication skillsExperience in providing high-level customer service, through promptly responding to all enquiriesAchieve success through supervision and leadership to the Swimming Instructors & Pool Deck SupervisorsAssist in the training and development of staff, facilitating their understanding of procedures and key responsibilitiesEnsure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure a high level of service deliveryAbility to plan and organise workAbility to make decisions within their area to meet operational needs and be accountable for their actionsAssist in the development and management of staff rosters ensuring coverage of key customer service and program functionsRequirements of the Position:Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water SafetyProvide First AidCPRValid Working with Children CheckSuccessful applicant will be required to complete a Police CheckWhat We Offer:As a City of Monash employee, your personal and professional development is a key focus.
