ResponsibilitiesThe key roles of the leading teachers may include but are not limited to:
Leading and managing whole-school improvement initiatives.Leading and managing curriculum planning and delivery.Providing professional development for teaching staff.Managing staff performance and development.Contributing to the overall leadership of the school.Inclusive Education CoachThe Inclusive Education Coach will work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to create an inclusive school culture ensuring that students with disabilities are engaged and supported. Responsibilities include:
Supporting the transition to the Disability Inclusion model.Providing coaching and advice for staff on differentiated curriculum.Ensuring students have quality Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Delivering professional learning sessions related to Disability and Inclusion policy.Who May ApplyTeachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach in the specified curriculum areas.
