Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Service Manager (Southern).
The Leading Hand/Supervisor will manage a team ensuring everyone performing work, or affected by work, knows exactly what is going on before and after it happens and is well informed ahead of time on what work is occurring, and how it will affect them.
The Leading Hand/Supervisor is responsible for the quality of work delivered by the team.
The Leading Hand/Supervisor will ensure all work completed is done so in accordance with the clients requirements and that all safety requirements are fulfilled.
