About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our growing team, focusing on high-quality residential construction projects. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding a skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in carpentry or a builder's license who thrives in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly. Provide leadership and hands-on support to a team of tradespeople. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed. Manage timelines, materials, and job site logistics. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist in the delivery of projects from start to finish. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Strong background in carpentry and/or a Builders License. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Current driver's license. Must be available to work Monday to Saturday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
