You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding a skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in carpentry or a builder's license who thrives in a hands-on role.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly.Provide leadership and hands-on support to a team of tradespeople.Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed.Manage timelines, materials, and job site logistics.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Assist in the delivery of projects from start to finish.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction.Strong background in carpentry and/or a Builders License.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.Current driver's license.Must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
