Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Leading hand/site supervisor to join our business for multiple projects within Queensland.

With a steady pipeline of work in multiple regions, we are currently about to start a site in Hervey Bay and Rock Hampton and would highly desire someone who has the knowledge to drive a project from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the Directors and Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to have previous experience in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail and process completion.

Benefits:Competitive salary on offer with ongoing salary reviewsLong-term stable employmentWeekly Pay + ABN option availableFull-Time permanent positionOption to Sub Contract is also an option.Responsibilities:Manage site to run on schedule and within budgetReporting to management on key eventsImplementing and adhering to a safe work environmentEfficiently running and managing all staff and contractors on siteObtaining quotes and finding the right contractors for the jobProgramming works and updating as necessaryOrganising trades and materials to be on time to create a positive effect on timelinesOrganising Inspections and collecting documentation for Occupation stagesOpen and close site as requiredConducting toolbox talksEssential Requirements:Experience in a similar position, preferably in Commercial Construction such as warehouses & factories.Understanding of construction process & industry standards.Experience with Tilt Panel and Pre Cast wall systemsExcellent communication skills and a solution-based mindsetBuilders License highly advantageous.Proactive, self-motivated quick thinker.Experience with MS Office and MS Projects highly advantageousAbility to work and problem solve under pressure.
