Job Description
About You
You will need to be an experienced Leading Hand/Junior Foreman with a focus on implementing quality, safety, and environmental processes.
Ideally, we would like to employ someone who wants to develop their commercial construction career and can work well in a team.
You will be working in a supportive environment that respects its employees and wants you to be successful.
Qualifications
What we need
Qualifications relevant to the role with a strong preference for a carpentry trade background
Extensive experience in building construction
Proven 3 years minimum experience with small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial, or multi-residential sectors
Be competent in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishes
Have an eye for detail
Excellent communication and personal skills
A person who is hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven
Be able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture)
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards
Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore)
