The Role

Coordinating workflows, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
Managing the preventive maintenance program to ensure high standards.
Advising and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Getting down to nuts and bolts and actively chipping in to vehicle repairs and service.
Ensuring the spare parts store is stocked and budgets are in check.

The Must Haves

Previous experience in managing a team
Relevant heavy diesel trade qualification
Mechanical Trade Qualified to Australian Standards
HR Drivers licence
Great time management, planning, and organisational skills
Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure
