Advising and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Getting down to nuts and bolts and actively chipping in to vehicle repairs and service. Ensuring the spare parts store is stocked and budgets are in check. The Must Haves Previous experience in managing a team. Relevant heavy diesel trade qualification. Mechanical Trade Qualified to Australian Standards. HR Driver's licence. Great time management, planning, and organisational skills. Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
