As the Leading Hand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles operate at their peak while enjoying the breath taking backdrop of Ayers Rock. About You: We're on the lookout for a passionate leader with a knack for mechanics and a heart for adventure. Bring your heavy diesel trade qualification, mechanical prowess, and a can-do attitude to the table. In this role you will have: Relevant heavy diesel trade qualification Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferrable but not essential (mentoring available)  Mechanical Trade Qualified to Australian Standards HR Drivers licence or we can assist as required Great time management, planning and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: Spearhead our preventive maintenance program to uphold the highest standards. Masterfully coordinate workflows, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Guide and inspire our team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to vehicle repairs and service. Keep our spare parts store stocked and budgets in check. What's in it for you?
