Relevant heavy diesel trade qualification Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferable Mechanical Trade Qualified to Australian Standards HR Drivers licence or we can assist as required Great time management, planning and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: Spearhead our preventive maintenance program to uphold the highest standards. Masterfully coordinate workflows, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Guide and inspire our team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
