Golding is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Diesel Fitter to join our team at Jellinbah Mine, near Blackwater. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment and is eager to continue learning new skills.

Operating on a rotating Lifestyle roster of 5 Days/4 off/5 Nights/5 off/4 Days/5 off/4 Nights/4 off/5 Days/5 off/4 Nights/5 off. Local employees are eligible for a housing allowance, while non-local employees will be provided with camp accommodation and meals. Additionally, a project allowance is included in the annual salary package. Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline supervision of the workforce, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently in line with legislation, Golding's policies, and site procedures.Assist supervisors in guiding, mentoring, and supporting maintenance personnel as needed.Monitor and manage critical fleet spares inventory.Collaborate with maintenance planning and production teams to meet fleet requirements.Conduct plant inspections and review inspection reports as necessary.Oversee and coordinate service and shutdown activities, or troubleshoot assigned tasks requiring special attention.Lead shift start-up and handover processes when required.Perform Supervisor duties in the Supervisor's absence.
