Leading Hand Cotton, Grain Farm

Due to the expansion of our business, we are hiring additional staff.
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable person to join our team.
Responsibilities: Operating GPS controlled row crop tractors and sprayers. Operating John Deere cotton pickers. Performing all field work associated with cotton and grain production. Conducting earth works and operating laser bucket and excavator. Repairing and maintaining machinery. General farm and irrigation duties. Mechanical experience is highly regarded. The applicant must be able to work in a team environment and have good communication skills. The right applicant will also work independently on different properties.

Pay package based on experience and above award rates.
