MGN Civil require a Leading Hand Civil Operator to assist with civil construction projects in South East Queensland.

Operate equipment on the siteSupervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in executing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed as planned, safely and effectively. Provide support to team members to improve the work environment. Monitor quality of build and daily production rates. Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing updates on project progress and potential challenges. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team.Liaise with the construction manager, project manager, and clients about construction progressOur new Leading Hand Civil Operator will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction or equivalent.Civil Machine tickets.Experience in rock wall construction, bulk earthworks, and unstable ground. Experience in bulk earthworks including rock. Construction industry white cardCurrent Driver's Licence and Boat Licence (if possible)
