Leading Hand Carpenter Needed for Permanent Role Your new company Our client is a leading commercial builder in Sydney working on various projects within Western and North Sydney. The projects our client works on is large scale commercial builds including shopping centres, warehouse's and more. Your new role • Construction site set out and construction dealing supervising • Responsible for morning opening & lockup for security and safety on site • Assist with inducting all site staff and contractors • Liasing with our clients office • On tool works when required • Directing and coordinating contractors to ensure that the work environment is well-ordered • Site safety assistance / toolbox talks What you'll need to succeed Applicants need to be trade qualified and have previous leading hand experience. Tickets such as EWP or any telehandler tickets would be an advantage. The applicant will need to be willing to travel - the first site would be in Penrith and then North Sydney a few months after. This position is an immediate start and applicants must have their own vehicle. Work is Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4pm. Salary will vary on experience between $100k-$110k.
