This is an ideal opportunity for students studying law, business or marketing who excel in organised environments but also enjoy working in a creative, engaging, and fun setting.
Your Mission is toAssist with managing PWR's calendar (meetings, events, esports events, special events, team birthdays, renewals).Assist with managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, working with third parties to schedule meetings.Assist with managing executives' inboxes, responding to leads for PWR and Lachlan, filtering fan mail, ensuring important emails are identified, extracting action items for email and transferring to project management software if applicable.Assist with preparing agendas and circulating for team input ahead of the meeting, preparing contact reports for key items during the meeting.Assist with managing project management tools to ensure project tasks and boards are relevant and on track.Assist with updating presentations and documents including statistics and other changing data.Assist with managing PWR's media repositories.Assist with managing PWR's documentation, policies and handbooks.Assist with managing the contract documentation process in connection with the relevant team member.Assist with liaising with the travel teams for team travel and executive travel.About YouCurrently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Self-motivated, highly organised and flexible individual with excellent attention to detail.Familiar with keeping and maintaining confidential information.Strong understanding of Excel or other project management tools.Thrives on organisation and consistency.Problem solver with a "can do" attitude.Availability for 2-3 months.10-20 hours a week.Role is based in Melbourne and interns are required to visit the office 5 hours a week to collaborate with the broader company and talent.
