Your New Role
The Leadership Development Lead builds and nurtures leadership experience and capabilities within Aware by delivering leadership-focused coaching, onboarding, and development programs. The role focuses on aligning leadership experience and development with the unique needs of Aware's people, addressing identified capability gaps, and anticipating the skills required for Aware's future success. By creating engaging learning experiences that resonate with leaders at all levels and seamlessly integrate with talent and succession frameworks, the role drives continuous growth so that Aware can achieve its strategic objectives.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Growth & Capability and work closely with delivery squads to drive the building of best practice leadership approaches and frameworks. You will also work closely with the Internal Communications practice to ensure that our leadership strategy is embedded across the organisation.

The idea of being part of our growth excites you and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple; You have deep experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, with a proven track record of enhancing individual and team performance across levels; Proven track record designing and delivering leadership programs that cultivate leadership skills; Previous experience working directly with Senior Executives providing guidance and support on leadership development; Demonstrated ability to successfully coach leaders to achieve their personal and organisational goals; Ability to deliver needs assessments through stakeholder engagement, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to identify gaps in leadership capabilities; Deep understanding of coaching techniques and methodologies; You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
