Work closely with the Executive Manager, Organisational Development, and the senior leadership team, to implement strategies and initiatives in the areas of leadership development, wellness, and employee experience and engagement.About YouYou have extensive experience in talent development, psychometric assessments, training, and facilitation, with advanced public speaking skills. A background in Psychology, with strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills is essential.
