About the opportunity:In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of our Leadership Blueprint, continuing to refine it to align with organisational goals and evolving leadership needs.
You'll evaluate leadership programs, design induction programs for new leaders, and coordinate mentoring and coaching initiatives to support leadership succession and mitigate experience risk.
As the Leadership Development and Talent Program Lead, you will collaborate with People Partners and senior leadership to implement tailored talent solutions that address current and future needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled technical and people leaders for the organisation.
What You Bring:You will have significant experience designing and delivering programs for large and complex organisations that enhance leadership capability at all levels, and employing evaluation techniques for continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will be experienced in developing and managing induction programs for new leaders to set them up for success.
Your expertise will include redefining talent programs to identify and accelerate high-potential individuals to manage succession and capacity risk and collaborating with external partners on the design and delivery of impactful leadership programs.
Strong communication and project management skills will be essential for engaging with People Partners and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
