What you'll be doing: The Leader, SME Partner Marketing role is to not only own the overarching marketing strategy and delivery for the SME Partner portfolio and individual partners, but also develop, implement and drive the change management strategies for continuous improvement. You'll strive to achieve SME Partner Commercial and Partner Marketing OKRs and Partner objectives, while always balancing the customer experience of Virgin Australia Business Flyer members, Velocity Members and business audiences. You will inspire and motivate your colleagues within your team and across the business to reach their full potential and thrive in change.
You'll be great in this role if you: Can demonstrate leadership across a breadth of marketing disciplinesAre comfortable with commercial and budget managementCome with stakeholder management and presentation skills that can influence senior stakeholdersCan lead, plan and optimise integrated marketing campaignsHave CRM and lifecycle marketing experienceCan critically analyse marketing programs and their effectiveness, and course correct at paceHave paid digital and social campaign deliveryHave a strong skillset and knowledge of data-driven and digital marketing techniques and processesHave strong analytical, analysis and reporting skillsCan confidently navigate challenges, assess risk and make decisionsHave excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple areas (business, partner, agencies etc)Thrive on working in a team environmentHave the ability to prioritise tasks based on commercial awarenessUnderstand spam and privacy compliance in direct marketing contextHave the relevant tertiary or equivalent business qualification in Digital, e-Commerce or Marketing disciplineCome with Airline and/or loyalty experience (desirable)Enjoy working with complex databases, segmentation and personalisation (desirable)Have experience in marketing process re-engineering (desirable)Can work with campaign management tools in complex environmentsWhat you'll get from us: We're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):
