About youFirst and foremost, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Business and/or have significant demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, within the energy industry (essential).
Possessing demonstrated capability to drive significant incident investigations combined with the ability to manage major fault restoration activities within a complex working environment is important to the success of this role.
Critical to this role is fostering strong relationships with direct and non-direct team members and external stakeholders; this is where your demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to build relationships will play a key part in creating high performing teams.
This is a state-wide position and regular travel is required.
