About the role - Permanent, full-time We are looking for a highly skilled Leader, DevOps to enhance and manage our DevOps capability.
Reporting to the Senior Leader, Integration & DevOps & Environments, you will mature the frameworks and strategies for each of these capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery, maintenance, and support of platforms leveraging, Infrastructure as Code, Static Code Analysis, Continuous Integration and Deployment and Configuration Management Lead the DevOps Community of Practice facilitating engagement with stakeholders Have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and promote best practices Develop capability to support the building, integration, and deployment of software releases  Maintain standards and practices for Branch Management, Product Versioning, Source Control Management and Release systems Provide the tools and processes to successful manage and deploy releases into production  Lead the effort of defining the strategic direction for release management tools within the SDLC Derive and lead processes to support Enterprise Releases and iterative delivery dependant on each platform's requirements About you:   You will be responsible for effective and efficient management of environments, release lifecycle through to production, also the strategical and technical ownership of DevOps tools and capabilities.
You will be accountable to provide the capability for Delivery Teams to provide value, ensuring that each team is enabled to integrate, test and deploy increments of value within their continuous delivery pipeline.
Knowledge and Experience:  Knowledge and experience in Source Control Systems and CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise Experience with DevOps related tooling such as Terraform and Ansible Experience in Salesforce, MuleSoft SDLC automations Understanding and implementation of monitoring and logging tooling such as New Relic and PRTG Experience in environment management across integrated environments (internal, cloud and hosted) with various stakeholders and multiple vendor teams Why you'll love working with us: People First Bank – our new brand – says exactly what we're all about: people.
