We are looking for: Work closely with the Executive and Leadership teams, and key stakeholders within NSW Health, to determine strategies and provide sound recommendations to guide strategic decision-making and planning across the organisation. Coordinate the development of the 3-year organisational strategy and implementation roadmap across the organisation, including leading key strategic initiatives. Drive prioritisation and coordination of key projects across the organisation that contribute to state plans and lead the monitoring and reporting of operational deliverables, providing insights on performance. What you will be doing The Lead, Strategy and Planning provides high level strategic and program management expertise to ensure alignment and continued focus on key priority areas. The role will drive the Agency for Clinical Innovation's Strategy, ensuring senior leadership teams are supported to drive the innovation and transformation agenda. The role will encompass the alignment of the ACI Strategy with the Clinical Innovation and Research Division's strategic direction. The role includes management of a team responsible for executive support, performance, risk management and reporting and will be required to actively contribute as a member of the ACI senior leadership team, and work in close partnership with the Associate Director, other senior leaders, clinical networks, and key stakeholder organisations.

Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare written reports, correspondence, briefing notes and submissions, and deal with challenges creatively and effectively.
