Brand SA is responsible for protecting and strengthening theState Brand, ensuring it is grown as a key asset across governmentindustry and community. The team increases awareness and shapespositive perception of South Australia, enhancing the state'sappeal as a place to do business and guiding consumer choicetowards South Australian products, produce, experiences andservices.
The Role: As a newly created position, this is an exciting opportunity foran experienced and highly motivated brand marketer to join ourdedicated Brand SA team, delivering marketing and engagementprograms to drive consistent and coordinated use of the StateBrand.
This role, reporting directly to the Manager, Brand SA, isresponsible for translation of state brand strategy into a suite ofmarketing materials to help build the profile of South Australianationally and globally; and the provision of specialist expertiseand advice to aid in management of the South Australianbrand. 
Working closely with Department and cross-Government colleagues,along with the SA Business community, this role will ensure aconsistent state brand is presented through messaging, tone ofvoice, photography and other visual assets in all collateral,websites, video, events, and storytelling. The role will havea focus on servicing a range of internal and external stakeholders,seeking opportunities to partner to deliver marketingcommunications that build awareness and shape perception of thestate. 
About You: To be successful in this position, you must be able todemonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
Knowledge of brand strategy and marketing science, and themethodologies required to develop, promote and grow a brandusing contemporary marketing practicesHigh level written and verbal communication skills, withability to weave brand messaging and storytelling acrossmultiple platforms.Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills that promotesuccessful relationships and ensure clear and audienceappropriate advice is delivered to stakeholders at alllevels.Comprehensive understanding of brand governance, creativeproject management, digital asset management and approvalsprocesses. Desirable Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a relateddiscipline are essential.
Special Conditions Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactoryDepartment of Human Services Criminal History Check or NationalPolice Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every3 years.
Remuneration: ASO7 – $106,512 min – $115,137 max
