We are seeking an innovative and resourceful person with a strong drive to deliver excellence and grow within an exceptional team. As the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager you will work closely with agents, students, industry partners and governing bodies to develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote Solis College and achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets. In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the manager also requires a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, digital marketing and graphic design, and budgeting and forecasting.
As a Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager you are expected to have: Minimum 3 years professional experience in international education sector Digital marketing experience in the international education sector in sales and marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.) Excellent multi-channel marketing experience in the international education sector Demonstrated knowledge of the VET and Higher Education sectors and current Australian immigration policies Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales forecast and targeted student numbers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with industry partners, agents and students Strong digital literacy with ability to design marketing materials, source and analyse industry data and internal reports, and process documents and information through reporting channels (PRISMS, Student Management Systems) Highly organised, detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure Willingness to travel interstate or overseas if required Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,613.88 – $80,000.00 per year
