Job DescriptionAs a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Sales teams to secure key high value business opportunities, as well as driving the success of a small team. You'll deliver high-quality, tailored product presentations and demonstrations, acting as the voice of our clients to shape the growth of ELMO's solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training and upskilling team members to ensure ongoing success.What your day to day will look like..Lead a small team of Solutions ConsultantsPartner with sales teams to implement solutions-based selling strategiesDeliver customized product presentations and demos aligned with client needsManage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilitiesAlign customer strategies with ELMO's products and integrationsSupport complex sales processes and engage with senior stakeholdersMentor and train team members and direct reports, maintaining deep product expertiseLead strategic projects and ensure team KPIs are achievedHandle multiple tenders and collaborate with internal teamsTravel as needed to support client engagements Desired Skills and ExperienceProven pre-sales experience in HR, Payroll, or RTA software highly desirableKnowledge of accounting concepts and ERP systems a plusStrong background in consulting or sales within talent management environmentsExcellent understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processesExceptional communication and project management skillsLeadership experience and ability to train and coach team members
