You will play a key role in designing and developing bespoke .NET software applications. To grab this opportunity, you need to have experience and sound working knowledge of software development and support using the following languages and tools: C#, SQL Server & Visual Studio. The SCHHS provides healthcare to a rapidly growing population. There has been significant investment in services over the past few years, particularly the establishment of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and the Nambour General Hospital redevelopment. As a Lead Software Developer, you will help transform the ICT Strategy into reality through a series of digital initiatives to support clinical and corporate business units. You will enjoy working in a fun environment and get a kick out of building software to improve healthcare in our community. In this position, you will provide a sound level of technical expertise to the development, implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of information systems and services to the current and projected needs of the SCHHS. You will work with other talented individuals in the Software Development team and will have the opportunity to learn from leaders in the clinical and technology space, as well as the opportunity to drive technical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Work with a team of software professionals analysing, designing, developing, configuring, and implementing applications and services that require creative solutions and fulfil diverse user requirements. Undertake complex systems analysis, design, programming, and testing in relation to the detailed development, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house developed software applications. Undertake the role of Technical Lead, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Testers to define, create and implement a working production solution. Remuneration value up to $131,052 p.a., comprising salary between $105,568 - $114,861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
