As a Lead Consultant at Acumen, you will manage a reduced portfolio delivering market leading case management services calling on your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support people who have suffered from a diverse range of injuries, illnesses or trauma.Working for a national organisation, you will also have the opportunity to support clients across a broad range of schemes separate to our personal injury portfolio, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).
In addition to the part-time consulting portfolio, you will work directly with the leadership team to coach and mentor our early careers Rehabilitation Consultants as well as driving customer growth across the region both through best practice account management and new business development.

What will make you successful:
Ambitious with leadership aspirations
Experience working as a rehabilitation consultant
Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Strong clinical reasoning
Passion to help people rehabilitate
