The Core Learning Team delivers operational training across the Region and supports State-wide learning initiatives.
The Lead Regional Learning and Development (LRLD) collaborates with the Manager of Learning and Development to shape the regional learning strategy, ensuring CFA members are skilled to manage emergencies per Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.The LRLD is responsible for managing and leading a team of 6-7 Coordinators and Administrators to implement the regional learning plan, ensuring compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority and Victorian Registration and Quality Authority standards to maintain RTO certification.
The role drives CFA's Regional and state-wide L&D strategy, overseeing training plans, systems, and team alignment with key initiatives.
Key duties include building partnerships, standardizing service delivery, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement and transformation.
