About The Role

As the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for building, developing & leading the Psychology department within the business and the individualised processes and practices of the psychology department would be placed in your hands. As such, a great deal of autonomy & creativity will be afforded to you to create a department tailored to your individual values, skills and interests and those of the team you build around you.

You will also carry a small caseload initially whilst you build & create the department & supervise new staff as they join the team. This would then subsequently decrease over time as the team grows.
