Job Description
The Lead Product Manager will lead the discovery and prioritisation of opportunities, ensuring alignment with our business goals and exceeding user expectations. They will play a crucial role in driving our organisation towards a product-led approach, where robust prioritisation and discovery practices drive innovation and growth.
Day to day:
Lead our product team in evolving and improving our product management practices alongside the Head of Product & Experience.
Mentor and develop other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Influence goal setting, key decisions, and priorities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Change management -Key driver forchange in our processes and product
Drive the prioritisation of product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and user needs.
Develop and communicate clear product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
Opportunity Discovery & Data-Driven Decision Making:
Lead the discovery and prioritisation of new product opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
Apply first principles thinking and analytical rigour to identify root causes and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
