Reporting directly to the Head of Planning & Operations, you'll play a critical role, working across the breadth of the Retail Bank teams and leadership to set, track, monitor and optimise business performance. You'll play a pivotal role in the annual business planning and strategy process, and effective strategy execution during a period of significant growth for our organisation.This role is responsible for leading strategy and business planning, prioritisation of change initiatives across Retail, undertaking deep dives and building capability to drive effective business performance. The role offers scope for leadership across pricing and revenue growth activities, performance forecasting and expense management and business planning and budgeting processes. With a growing business, this is a key leadership role working across Retail teams to uplift our capabilities in forecasting and performance monitoring, strategy development and strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious targets.
