Position OverviewAs the Lead Fire Services Engineer, you will be leading an experienced team delivering large scale projects both locally and nationally. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of ACOR while working on innovative building solutions.
Responsibilities:Designing and analysing fire services in compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, Fire Safety Engineering documentation, and other Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.Managing a team of highly skilled engineers working on multiple projects across Australia.Coordinating project deliverables, including Revit drafting and associated documentation.Managing the internal delivery and planning of allocated projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Supporting construction phases by addressing RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, performing site visits, and generating inspection reports.Working with a number of internal and external stakeholders.Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.Proven leadership experience managing a team of highly skilled engineers.Experience within residential, commercial & land development projects.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to compile detailed and accurate reports.Proven experience providing consultation across multiple engineering disciplines.Highly consultative, with a proven record of building & maintaining client relationships.If you are a motivated person who welcomes new challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow your leadership career in our fire team.
