We are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Lead to oversee and elevate financial operations across the ANZ region. This pivotal role will report to the ANZ Managing Director for SIG, with a dotted line to the Head of Finance in Asia Pacific South, and is essential to sustaining and enhancing the company's financial health and strategic objectives while supporting the company's commitment to excellence, innovation, and growth.
The Role:Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead and refine control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure precise financial reporting, while effectively communicating the story behind the numbers to guide strategic decision-making.Business Partnership: Build strong, proactive partnerships with managers to understand the business deeply and add value through actionable financial insights.Collaboration Across Operations: Provide strategic oversight for financial operations, working with regional finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Team Development: Inspire and coach a seasoned finance team, fostering growth and encouraging the adoption of new approaches for continuous improvement and innovation.Financial Modelling & Analysis: Conduct advanced financial analyses and modelling to simulate future scenarios, presenting recommendations and solutions to senior leadership.Budget & Financial Planning: Oversee the annual budget process, collaborate with regional FP&A teams for comprehensive planning and forecasting, and offer strategic financial advice to senior leadership.About You:Proven expertise in financial performance, regulatory compliance, and providing strategic, actionable insights.A driven, inquisitive leader, capable of motivating a well-established team to embrace growth and innovation.Demonstrated success in building partnerships with cross-functional teams and influencing positive change.A degree in accounting, commerce, or business, with significant finance and accounting experience, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.This role is tailored for a go-getter who is prepared to make a significant impact by leading with energy, fostering partnerships, and driving the company forward.
