Responsibilities Work as extension of the Innovation team working closely with the Partners and Exo Directors to incubate ideas, accelerate and scale deliveriesChampion the user experience in our product, setting the strategic direction of our UX, research, and design initiativesCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and business partners to create compelling, user-centered prototypesConduct in-depth user research to gain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and pain pointsLeverage these insights to design innovative solutions that delight users across farms, manufacturing, and end consumersDrive early validation of design ideas to mitigate risks, using a range of lean UX methods and design sprintsFacilitate ideation workshops, fostering a culture of creativity and collaborationCommunicate design strategies and decisions effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, advocating for the user at every stepRequirements Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a leadership role, with a strong portfolio of design projectsExceptional skills in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and interaction designExtensive experience in creating and validating prototypesProficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.Strong understanding of lean UX methodologies and experience in design sprintsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholdersDesired Attributes Experience with interaction design, with motion design skills being a definite bonusExperience in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive amidst change and growthA deep passion for our mission and a desire to make a substantial impact in the fresh produce manufacturing industryWe offer flexible work arrangements with a hybrid model split between remote work and collaboration in our Adelaide office.
