Are you a seasoned expert in End-User Computing (EUC) with a strong background in Unified Communications? Milestone IT is actively seeking a highly skilled Lead EUC Specialist to join our client, a leading nationwide large retail chain. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the migration from an old system to the cutting-edge Yealink system, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced communication capabilities across the organization.
Position Overview: As the Lead EUC Specialist - Unified Communications, you will spearhead the implementation and management of the new Yealink system, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing communication and collaboration tools, contributing to an efficient and modernized retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the migration from the existing system to the Yealink Unified Communications platform.
- Design and implement end-user computing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Yealink solutions into the retail chain's infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex EUC and Unified Communications issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of the new system among employees.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in EUC and Unified Communications, with a focus on system migration and deployment.
- Proven experience working with Yealink or similar Unified Communications systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with retail environments and the unique challenges they present is a plus.
