Lead Electrical Engineer Lithium Gold & Copper projects, ECG EngineeringECG Engineering are leaders in the Electrical Engineering space, delivering design and project delivery services to the Mining, Utilities, Materials Handling, and Industrial sectors with extensive and proven capabilities in Australia and around the world.With offices in Perth, Brisbane, Toronto, Manila & Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, ECG has the capability to design and deliver on complex projects, from early study work to commissioning and handover, drawing on the expertise of senior ECG personnel who have worked together for 30+ years.We require a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Perth / Welshpool based design team, contributing and coordinating design on a major WA based Lithium expansion project that ECG has been driving from the study phase.Key RequirementsRelevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualificationExperience coordinating/driving specialized electrical teams on front-end greenfield and brownfield development projects with complex electrical scopeLV design experience (LV MCC design, protection & coordination studies)Major project design experience throughout the design cycleExperience/exposure to project delivery, driving a job (not necessarily an entire project!)Understand the project development process for juniors/mid-tier minersProvide specialized advice and guidance to clientsThe ability to contribute/influence in a meeting; exercises good judgment on how to contribute, and collaborative behaviorThe role will be Perth/Welshpool based, working with an established design team; however, there may be occasional input on the studies and reports of our Toronto office, as well as the coordination of works from our engineering office in Manila.To be considered for the role of Lead Electrical Engineer, you need solid design experience on complex high-value electrical projects.
