Lead Electrical Engineer

Austcorp Executive is partnering with a national Industrial Automation & Technology company, who specialise in providing solutions for complex problems in the Mining, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy sectors.

As a result of continued growth, we are actively seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the team and spearhead some exciting major projects across Australian mining.

As the Lead Electrical Engineer, your deliverables would include: Leading the end-to-end process of the electrical engineering design, testing through to deployment and commissioning.Performing hands-on technical engineering, not just delegating tasks.Providing procurement and contracting assistance in the identification and selection of equipment and components.Managing a team through a full project life-cycle with technical leadership, guidance, and support.Acting as a Project Engineer or Project Manager when required.Providing technical leadership and support across other controls, electrical, and software engineering projects.Your professional experience/profile will include: A proven track record leading a team of engineers as a Senior or Lead for projects in the Australian Mining sector.A qualified Control Systems, Electronics, or Electrical Engineer.Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) status (MUST HAVE).Lead experience across a full project life-cycle in Australian mining from conceptualisation through to commissioning.Experience working in complex environments.If you are looking for a career change and the opportunity to lead major technical projects from their creation to completion, please call Chris on 0420 540 592.
