About the role

In the role of Room Leader, you would be responsible for:
Leading a team of educators Delivering quality education and care (in line with Victorian Early Years Learning Framework) Driving pedagogical practices Developing enriching programs responsive to individual developmental needs and interests of children Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and other key stakeholders Learn and be guided by the Reggio Emilia approach to early learning About you A passion for educating and creating positive experiences for children, you will have:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum) Experience in a similar leadership position or have strong aspirations to lead a team of educators An in-depth understanding of program development and behaviour guidance strategies, and can mentor others in this practice Be an engaging and effective communicator (with children and families) Understand obligations under Child Safe Standards obligations Comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks Currently hold/willing to undertake – Working with Children Check and National Police Check To enjoy Cire's environment and culture, you will have a community focus, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
