We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Childcare Lead Educator to join our team.As a Childcare Lead Educator, you will be responsible for supporting with creating and implementing engaging play-based learning activities for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. You will provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. This position is for our Toddler Room.Your roleSupport in the planning and deliver of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor playFoster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversityObserve and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievementsMaintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and suppliesEnsure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and proceduresOur child care centre is also proudly rated Exceeding in the National Quality Standards.Based in Lynbrook and close to nearby suburbs Dandenong South, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Cranbourne North and Lyndhurst.
