This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of vocational education and training within the health sector. As a Lead Educator, you will oversee the coordination of high-quality programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, this role includes a 0.4 teaching load, allowing you to remain actively involved in the educational experience while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.You will also play a key role in maintaining critical relationships with external bodies, including acting as the primary liaison with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) to ensure that all required program approvals and changes are secured and compliant.
