They have built out a strong fullstack capable engineering team and have seen growth making steady progress across several continents.Due to continued expected growth heading into 2025, they are looking to add a hands-on technical lead/lead developer to oversee the engineering team and contribute to further developing their offerings and services.Day to day:E2E development, solution design & architectural decision makingLeading from the front from a technical perspectiveTaking technical ownership of the productAdding value to the team through your experience and creativityTechnical development and task delegation to existing teamTesting code quality whilst meeting deadlinesExperience required:7+ years development experienceIntimate knowledge of Typescript/Javascript eco-system & developing scalable products5+ years' experience with React.js and UI design experience5+ years' experience with Node.js and API development experienceCloud native background in AWS and experience with AWS toolsExperience working on large databasesSQL / NoSQLWhat's in it for you:Up to $165k + superHybrid opportunity (usually 3 days from home depending on schedule)Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in a scaling environmentNew offices in Melbourne CBD
