Position Summary : Reporting to the (ROLE TITLE), as the Lead Developer / Digital Producer is responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions for all clients and internal projects. The Lead Developer will lead the development and digital team, including leadership and Mentoring of junior technical staff is expected to help them learn and grow which will ensure best practice results, improved speed and quality.
