They have recently established an office in Cyprus dedicated to advancing technological solutions for crypto and CFD brokers.You will work on a high-profile project for a top global FOREX broker, focusing on risk management and antifraud measures in trading.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of data scientists and big data specialists.Plan, prioritise and execute data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from large volumes of data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges through data-driven solutions.Ensure the quality and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation processes.Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.We are happy to hear from you if you have:Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics or a related field.Proven track record of success in leading data science teams and delivering impactful data-driven solutions in CFD industry, specifically in Anti-Fraud domains.Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques, statistical analysis and data visualization.Experience with programming languages such as Python, R and SQL.Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark and AWS.Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Willingness to work in an office in CyprusYou will love to join this company for:
