By combining content design, UX writing, and problem-solving skills, they transform complex processes and information into simple, user-focused flows and interactions. Our product content designers work closely with product designers, focusing on the experience for customers who are logged in to Xero's online software (rather than website or marketing content).About the teamSitting within the Experience Systems team, we are a small, yet highly effective Content Design team who get to work on Xero's highest strategic priorities. Our focus is on raising the bar of our Content Design and UX quality in the experiences we create for Xero's customers.To be considered for this role, you need to include a portfolio of your work with your application.
