Short Description:
In the role of Lead Consultant, you will be expected to leverage your domain expertise to understand key trends shaping the Mining sector, identify transformation levers, design the next generation IT-led solutions and facilitate solution deployment by leading small to medium projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology and Mining Production systems. Strong understanding of Mining operations as well the technologies currently used in Mining sector (at least 5 years) Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions and implementation decisions Ability to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Experience defining software requirements for complex products Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of Agile principles Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Strong communication skills and customer service ethic Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience as an industry practitioner in Mining domain. Strong domain knowledge of Mining/Resources Industry Experience of providing business analysis services in mining operations. Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes Experience in tools used for business analysis and project management Good team collaboration, proactive time management and high attention to detail Job description
