We are proud to support a flexible hybrid way of working supported by our Work From Home and Core Flex Hours policy - trust & communication Is key to this model and encourage all employees to discuss with their People leaders what works best for you.Want to learn more?Reporting to the Team Leader - Inbound, the Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the E2E process of the imports process in an efficient and timely manner for our consumer clients.Key responsibilities include:Receive and register all import documentation into relevant systems and forwarded to clients and/or appropriate internal and external stakeholdersProactively communicate with clients at all timesClosely monitor shipment arrival schedules and ensure early reporting to CustomsProfessional liaison with sister companies, franchises, partner agents, agents, Customs and Quarantine Authorities, shipping companies and other commercial entities all timesCommunicate and arrange the delivery of household goods.Administration and maintenance of all Import filesWho are we looking for?We are seeking an efficient and highly organised individual who will take pride and ownership of their role.
