Salary: $200,000 + 20.9% Super + 20% Bonus + Benefits Package

Bayer Experience: Essential
Roles and Responsibilities We are presently seeking a highly experienced Chemical Process Engineer with a solid background working in the Process industry / Refinery with a focus on Alumina refining.
The role will require the correct individual to:
Have a solid understanding of the Bayer process of alumina refining.
Demonstrate a solid background in Process Design and Project Management.
Lead process reviews and implement process initiatives for plant improvement.
Be competent at motivating and leading a team of engineers.
Background You will have worked in a Process Plant Environment with a strong technical knowledge of Alumina, Bauxite, and Bayer processing methodology.

Qualifications You will be a Degree qualified Chemical Engineer in Chemical Engineering or an associated Chemical Process Qualification.
